Open the heart to know the soul

« on: August 31, 2010, 03:15:47 PM »

Hello Beautiful Angels Wings Flapping Angel;

It's been awhile, but this inspiration has been gnawing at me to come and post for awhile.

Sometimes, on a lazy summer day, we lie in a field and look up at the white clouds and try and find pictures of animals etc.  But a lot of times, we look at the negative side.  We have an outing planned and the clouds are bringing rain or snow; thunder and lightning; taking away our precious sunlight.  We see the clouds or the forecast of a cloudy day as a day to be gloomy, gray and sad.  But clouds will help shield the sun from blaring in our eyes.  We also need the clouds to help make the beautiful sunrises and sunsets.  It's the clouds that reflect the many colors that make up these beautiful sights.  It's also the water droplets within the clouds or that have just come from the clouds that make the rainbows.  So, are the clouds good or bad?  Well, they are really neither.  They just are.  The rain from the clouds help our crops grow; wash our cars (ok, so i am lazy), clear the dust and pollen away.  But too much of it, and we have floods.  Not enough, we have drought.  So, we need the clouds.

The same thing applies to trials in our lives.  If we did not have the trials, then life would just be the same all the time.  We would not notice the highs because there are no lows.  The trials help sort out what is going on in our lives to help us see where we need guidance from the Angels.  The challenges in life are there to help expose the areas we need to release to move forward; the things we hang on to from our past that are not serving us; the people who were in our lives for a season and its time to move on.  The trials are not there to punish us; but to enlighten us.  Where are my thoughts not honoring the truth?  Where do i need to grow?  What do i need to release from my past?  They are a way of helping us grow. Just as the clouds can be viewed as good or bad, the trials can be as well.  We can thank the Universe for providing these opportunities to grow or we can become gray, gloomy and despondent over the lack of apparent progress.   Look to the clouds as a way of nature growing and providing beauty (i love sunrises and sunsets); look to your trials as a way for you to grow and provide a chance to show your beauty and love.

It is wonderful that every angel, in whatever direction he turns

Richard, i am so glad you posted this, its just beautiful. It's so important to see both sides. when we only focus on 1 side, whether good or bad, we become unbalanced. Thankyou for sharing.

Richard,

Thank you for posting. I love your posts so much.

After reading this message, I had gone to the beach. The sun was setting and it was the most beautiful sunset I have seen in some time. As I sat watching the clouds and their formations, I didn't think about how the sun was going down, or how it had cooled off, or how I wouldn't be able to enjoy the warmth of the sun, etc. Instead I saw so many beautiful images of angels, thought about how beautiful the sky looked, among other things. Positive things. I lived in the moment and enjoyed what was in the now.

 I was thinking of your email and how we tend to see the dark side of things instead of the brighter side. In everything we experience, there is a lesson, something for us to learn and a reasoning behind it. What may feel or seem like it's not so good, really is a blessing in disguise. We just have to change our way of thinking. We've been programmed since childhood to look at things and situations a certain way. It's beyond time for us to change our processing and perception of things. Life seems so much easier when we look at situations with a positive mind set.

Again, thank you for all of your wonderful posts.

Many Angelic Blessings, Anne Toinnette  Spinning Halo
