life is easy as a beautiful sunrise

As i was driving in to work this morning, the sun was just starting to rise in the East.  One could see the colors begin to show their faces.  The reds, oranges, yellows.  Usually, these colors are very bright and active.  but at sunrise, they are muted at first, letting one wake gradually.  One can see the colors and the magnificent array that only God could make.  But it comes peacefully, easy for the eyes to adjust to and appreciate.  There will be plenty of time later in the for the strong colors, but as the spirit awakens, the muted colors help to make it a peaceful transition from the spirit world to the human world.  Just nice and peaceful and soft. 

And, to get a really good sunrise, we must have a few clouds to help disperse the light and create even more colors.  Just like our lives, we have little clouds.  These help us become unique and allow our colors to change and be visible to others.  They are not imperfections in us, they are unique aspects of our perfection that allows us to grow, to see differences in each other, to honor each other. 

So, for today, reflect on the sunrise in the sky, but also the sunrise in your soul.  Notice the bright colors that are in your personal sunrise and how it shines and changes because of who you are.
