Question regarding Negative Energies/Entities

Hi everyone,

I don't recall if I've asked this question before, and this might be in the wrong place, but it's a question that's been troubling me for some time. Long story short, I've had a negative entity in my home, it tormented me for quite some time. I really assumed I was just going crazy for a while. Another long story short, I suffer from post traumatic stress disorder, which is what this thing played on. It counted on my confusion and filled me fear at night. I did everything I had ever been told to do, I protected daily, I called on AA Michael to get rid of it, cleansed my home on my own, I even prayed daily.  I've always been told if you have negativty, call Michael. Well, Michael's with me on a daily basis, he's one of my guardians, but he couldn't (or wouldn't?) make this thing leave. I finally had it removed a few months ago, but I'm having trouble letting this go. I've spoken to others have had similar experiences, and to be honest, I don't understand. It's a bit over my head I think, I think I'm looking at wrong, which is why I'm here. I'm hoping you all can help understand. Does anybody know why this sort of thing happens? I keep asking myself, "if Michael is here, why didn't he help me?" and wondering what it was I'd done wrong, so taht I can keep something like this from happening again.

This is a very negative subject, I'm very loathe to bring this here, where there's so much light and love, but it haunts me, and I want desperately to let it go, to uplift myself. Thank you so much for listening, and for your thoughts.

Found it and the remarkable thing is if you look at which angel represents which colour.

thank you, Archie. This is a message I needed to hear I think. It's was suggested by a friend just this morning that I do a color/angel chakra meditation, much like what you just described. So you're the second person to tell me this. AND, I've been looking at Doreen Virtue's angel therapy meditations CD, just haven't ordered it yet b/c of lack of funds. I guess I know what I'm going to be doing tomorrow. lol

Dearest Joanne;
We know you have struggled with this negativity for awhile and are doing very well.  However, each night, when fear overcomes and the expectation is that this entity will reappear and do or say ....  That is what brings it back.  it is drawn to your fear and what the subconscious or ego wants, that is what it gets.  It will continue to return as long as you think each night that it will.

So, what to do? 

Each night, read a little from a Doreen Virtue book or other great spiritual guide.  Just a little to set your mind on other thoughts.  Place a dream vision of an expectation of walking with your angels and guides and that you will feel their love and the love of all the angels here on earth each night.  Focus the mind on the light as you drift off to sleep.  Perhaps play a meditation CD or other calming music to help you.  Don't give the negative thoughts a chance to manifest themselves. 

This is exactly where you need to be and this is the right forum to raise these issues and doubts.  I have had wonderful help from my earth bound angels and their love has helped overcome a lot for me.  focus on the love; feel the love; be warmed by the love.

Hello Joanne,

You haven't said below but in the case of (fear), these negative entities feed off of our fear. They want for you to be afraid and the more fearful you are, the more they will continue to feed off of you. I have experienced this during meditation and astral traveling and thankfully Dyans advice has helped me through it.

AA Michael is with you, protecting you but you also must show no fear, feel no fear. Let it know that you are not afraid of it, that it has no hold over you. Believe this, know this for yourself. Surround yourself with the Golden White Light of Jesus Christ. Ask Angels to surround you with their loving light. Most of all believe that it has no affect on you.

Thanks for the thoughts. I had a feeling it was likely something like that. I'm working on it, on staying more positive and not allowing myself to be afraid anymore. Can be difficult at times. It was difficult while it was here b/c it kept hitting my PTSD triggers, things that make me afraid on a level I can't control yet, it's something I'm still in the process of dealing with. I do like Richard's idea, about reading or listening to something before bed. I've always found music and reading soothing. I'll have to find a lovely soothing CD to listen to.

Listening to peaceful music is an awesome feeling. Meditating of a serene and tranquil place also would help for more positive feelings. My prayers are with you.

I too used to be gripped by fear, particularly at night - I would like to share with you something that worked for me

Dearest Angels

I ask you to work with me in my sleep tonight, to clear away any blocks to my attention, or completely remove them from my mind, emotions and body during tonights sleep.

I wrote this letter to my Angels every night for as long as I felt I needed to and slept with it under my pillow . this along with meditations and positive visualisations, It is now part of my prayers to include a thankyou every night befor I sleep for the love of God and the Angelic realm and for the miracles of the day

thank you,, Starlight. I'll do that. I sleep with a piece of rose quartz in my pillow as well as my rosary beads (it's my physical connection to Christ). Will add the letter as well. sorry for not replying to your post sooner,it sure sounds like even though you rid of this negitive energy it isnt quite released from your thought forms,constant fear is an open invitation to astral entities,if this is what it is lower astral entities can intrude on our energy fields when our aura's are depleted,unevloved entites miss the comforts of the physical world and often want to reexperience them by attaching themselves to the energy field of the living. one other way to guard against unwanted thought forms,negitive energies  is to strenghten your aura,envision it as an invisible protective shield of light around you,able to deflect any negitive energy that comes into your space,remember also which you do  you have spiritual helpers of Angels & guides that are always ready to assist you,also i find laughter, laugh every chance you get,laughter sure breaks the bonds of negitivity..i also inoke the gold rays of christ every night and AAmichael to inclose me & my family,home in he's protective orb of light,i also pray for the tube of light and visualize the bright light from gods presence above you forming an strong wall of light around you. Joanne my love you will be fine you are protected dont let fear over power you and your thoughts,my prayers are with you also.
