Hello everyone, I have missed you x

I’d like to share with you something that the angels have taught me to help me to stay strong, and grounded through out the day. I am very grateful for the teaching. After I had finished the first time, I opened my eyes and expected to be 100ft tall, but nope still 5ft….

 Begin by sensing or simply acknowledging the love and strength within the earth.
See, feel or imagine your roots extending down (from the soles of your feet if you’re standing, or the base of your spine if you’re sitting down) to the centre of the earth.
Feel the love and support of the earth beneath you, sending your love and greetings. Feel as the earth responds to you, sending you its continuous warmth, love, strength and support.

As an abundances of energy flows up your roots and into your root chakra, the red centre located at the base of your spine, declare ‘I Am of Earth’

It flows up into your sacral, your orange centre located just below your belly button and declare ‘I Am of Sea’

Feel it flow into your solar plexus, bright yellow and declare ‘I Am of Fire’

As it flows into your heart centre, in the centre of your chest, ‘I Am of Love’

It continues to flow up, into your blue throat centre and you declare ‘I Am of Air’

Up into your third eye, your indigo centre located in the middle of your fore head and knowingly declare ‘I Am of Stars’

And up to the top of your head, your crown you declare in this violet centre ‘I Am of Spirit’

It continue to flow into the higher realms where it is greeted. An abundance of love pours back down, down through each energy centre until it flows back into the earth. You are connected, guided, grounded and centred throughout the day. When you feel off centre, take the time to feel and strengthen the flow.
