need help

I hope that I am posting this in the right forum

 My name is Adam Debski
I have been going throught a lot of traumatic experiences since a long time which has left deppressed and embittered. Recently, I tried to contact my guardian angels, without any success.
What i am asking is a lot, but would there anyone who is willing and capable of contacting angels,

and to ask them

If they have any particular advice or personal message to give me. This would really be beneficial as I am completly broken mentally, emotionaly and even physicaly.

So happy to have you here
You have certainly posted in the right place and you will find that you are in a very loving and caring forum.  Please come into angel chat and visit with other members who will support you.

Adam, I am so sorry you are hurting.  Please , Please, Please know that your Angels ARE around you......always as well as your guides.
The thing is this.  Often we have expectations......things we expect to happen or want to happen.....this is not the way the angelic realm works.........release your attachment to what you expect from them....open yourself to all possiblities

The other thing is BREATHE...just take a breath and BREATHE out the pain and frustration and hurt.....breathe in healing and loving energy and exhale your hurts...cleanse them away...then clear your mind and ask your angels and guides to surround you in a protective circle of light and then ask them  to come close to you so that you can feel, hear or sense them.....be aware and see what happens....remember......no expectaions...just see what comes....What do you feel?  What do you see?  Do you just seem to "know" anything or do you Hear anything?

 i apologize for not replying to your post sooner so a big big welcome love!
 you say your asking alot.adam my love know that your angels surround you more than ever also know weither your requests
 are big or little they are there,they have never left you and never will,you have there unconditional love no matter what we
 experience.How hard it is to have traumatic experiences in your life including depression adam,know that i was also a person with
 depression until i understood that we can all heal ourselves from inner emotions and heal with the help of our angelic friends,i know it sounds crazy to hear but its true,i did it and so can you my friend.remember you are the only jail keeper to happiness,know that you hold this key!!! i so much agree with marybeth on how to connect with your angels whole heartly,also please do not try to hard..the more we want an experience to happen or a sign we block ourselves from trying to hard,relax and TRUST..also adam for me meditation

Hey Adam;
We all go through difficulties and trials.  it can be a very difficult time but just remember that you are so special in God's heart that he sent special Angels and Guides to be there with you.  At times, we need to just rest in their love and not try and do anything.  When the time is right, you will begin to move in the direction of your next path.  anytime we are moving from one path to the next, there is some turmoil and change that has to happen.  for myself, i need a huge break between the old and the new and i will still hold on to the old for a long time.  but, now is your time to rest.

   If there is confusion or trouble in your life remember the happiness you seek will not be found in the outside world.Confusion
   is a result of scattered energy, your thoughts you have are from struggling to find answers, please return to the peace and happiness
   that exists deep in your heart and all will seem clearer,the harder you struggle the more confused you will feel. life is not ment to be
   a struggle start listening to your inner voice there you will hear us..meditate and you will discover a great sense of peace,the clarity
   you seek is within you.

I believe adam you need to release yourself from this ongoing negative attachment,this is still causing you hurt and distress because
you continue to give it power to them through your thoughts an attachment still excists, however on a heartfelt level you still carry
this hurt and pain,healing is a process which has so many layers the first step is to understand you are doing this for you..you are
choosing not to be a peretual victim to this,realize that by holding onto this upset you are still allowing this to keep on hurting you.
examine everything you believe & replace any fear-based beliefs with bright new loving ones.this negitive image of wounds and suffering can be replaced with the positive image of resurrection,joy&happiness but it is a process that requires time and dedication..you can
do it,your life will change for the better. if it is forgivness your looking for adam remember jesus spoke of love & forgiveness, of
compassion,peace and non-judgment.you need to make a concious choice to stop dwelling on the past and to stop worrying about
the future.........
every experience regardless of whether you percieve it to be good or bad,came with a gift attached.often the gift is revealed with  the passing of time..i hope you keep asking for the help of ArchAngel Michael

Richard has some very wise words here.  I had just the experience he speaks of - from the old to the new.  I left where I was staying and moved in with an aunt and uncle.  I have now been here one month.  It has taken every bit this long for me to make the transformation.  To heal, to release, to forgive, to renew my faith and hope, and to trust again.

I needed every single moment here.  I have made so much progress spiritually!  I have found joy again - and learned to be patient and let Spirit take it's own time.
