This is valualble information and this is what this site is all about,, i never new this and always put my flashses down to having along day or didnt have a great sllep but now thanks to you and having embraced my gifts its all about learning .. I often see purple and green but also silver but the most i recieve is the black spots/flashes..sooo thankyou very much .. Angry Happy Angel
