Akashic Records & Karma

I thought, this would be a good topic to go deeper into.
And as always,  want to underline, that I am just sharing the views on the topic, which came to me through Eartly Teachers, through Higher Realms teacher and through own experiences and channelings.

What are Akashic records?
Akashic Records - is a library full of books or all lives of all people ever reincarnated on our beautiful planet Earth.
There are 7 Lords of karma, which are overseeing Akashic records, and these are:
The Great Divine Director (or Mahachohan Ragoczy)
The Goddess of Liberty
Lady Nada
Pallas Athena, The Goddess of Truth
Elohim Vista
Quan Ying - Goddess of Mercy & Compassion
Portia, the spokesperson for the Karmic Board, Goddess of Justice.

In linear world, in the world of Illusion, we label things as good-bad, light-dark, cold-hot, etc, etc.
But in multi-dimensional world in the world of Higher Realms, nothing is labelled, as everything is just is.
And everything has cause & effect.
So, what is Karma then?
Most of us think, that karma is some kind of punishment book (LOL), like I did something inappropriate, and will be punished for that. May I ask you, but who will punish you? There is no punishing God, our Creator is Unconditionally Loving no matter what.
So, perhaps we can look at Karma from another angle, form a multi-dimensional angle.
All has cause and effect.
And humans, have a complete free choice and a free will.
So, karma  in reality  is just a book of cause and effect.
You make a choice A (cause), and you get outcome B (effect).
Please see, that nobody is labelling nor the cause, nor the effect.
All of those are just your choices. And this system allows you to learn and grow without being punished.
You just see which effect you are getting by making your choice.
If you didn't like the effect, you will be making another choice next time, and that is all to it.
No punishment, no judging - just cause and effect.
 Such a perfect system, as all of Divine creation of course, gives us unlimited possibilities for growth and learning.
Just, we must stay aware of the fact, that all is just cause and effect.
So, if you are doing something for whole your life in the same manner (cause), and you keep getting the same result (effect) then, you definitely will realize, that if you want to get another result, then you must do something differently, because the laws of Universe are very clear. For the same cause - you get the same effect.
The people which will give you this effect or the circumstances of the result may vary through your life, but the core of the result will be the same, as long as you are doing the same thing. (cause).
 And the only thing it takes us to learn, is to understand this truth, and I will be not tired to repeat it, there are no labels, and there are no bad choices, there are just causes and effects. And this is the Law of Universe, and the Law of karma, which we cannot change, and this is something we need to accept as it is, and try to go with the flow.

Now, in our days of accelerated energy flow, for most people karma or cause and effect became almost instant.
Before, it could take a few lifetimes, before the effect would follow the cause, but nowadays, it is made so much easier for us. We do something (cause) and perhaps in the evening or the next week we get the outcome (effect), so it is really easy to see it.
We just must want to see it and accept it as it is, and then, of course, to be willing to change the cause in order to change the outcome.

Also, because the humanity is growing so fast now, and making so many efforts to prepare for 2012 and be able to step into 5th dimension, it is possible now to ask for a dispensation of karma.
You can visit the Temple of Lords of the Karma in the meditation and ask for a dispensation.(you can ask for yourself, or a dispensation of your family karma).
What dispensation really means?
For example, sometimes, we still have effect of the causes done in our previous lives. But now, you could ask for dispensation of those, meaning, that you do not have to experience the cause of your former decision. But that is only possible, if you have learned already the lesson, which made you take that decision (cause) in the past, and so now, you do not have to experience the same lesson again.Or, it might be, that you have to experience the effect of the choices made by your family in the past, but perhaps that is not anymore necessary for your growth now. In this cases, if you learned the particular lesson, and do not need to repeat it, and if it is for the Highest good, then you will be granted a dispensation.
