Thanks, you help a lot with yoru answer I feel the necessity to eat some chiken once in a while, not always, but sometimes, i am not rigid with this, just my body doesnt' accept too much this kind of food anymore.

I would be waiting to hear what Angels want for me!

I really enjoyed reading your chat. 

I’ve just been to visit my family and while I was there, channelled some angelic healing for my Dad. Stood next to him was a magnificent bare. It was my first experience in seeing animal guides, though have seen our childhood dog pop in every now and then.
Dyan, is this what you mean when you talk about totems, animal that comes to help and guide us with the qualities it has/brings?

Tamara, I’d also like to say how touched I was, they way to speak about animals and your dogs. Animals have fab energy. One of our little very cuddly chinchillas has come to my partner in his dreams , and he was shown her healing another little chinchilla.
It helped him to understand that animals have life lessons too, to help them evolve and that she was learning from hers. Also that her spirit is strong and to trust.

I was also vegetarian for a number of years, until the angels told me that my body needed fish, so I completely agree, there are no rules, simply do what feels right for you.

Thanks to everyone for sharing their stories about totems because I also am not very familiar with this concept. I have always loved animals and sometimes feel I can relate to them better than humans. That sounds horrible in a way!!  But I have always felt a strong connection to dolphins and think it relates to my swimming "career".  At the age of 6, I became a competitive swimmer for many years...I was best at the butterfly stroke and freestyle sprinting (that is swimming lingo).  But broke my collar bone and wrist in an accident at the age of 15.  I was able to continue as a competitive swimmer but was never able to swim the butterfly very well after this.  So I became discouraged and quit competitive swimming when I was 16. But always kept a strong connection to water and dolphins.  So what do you think about dolphins as my totem?  I also love penguins....does anyone know the significance of this?  This is a interesting topic and I enjoyed reading this discussion.

Dolphins: Dolphin comes when we need to break emotional barriers and communicate truth. Dolphin will then guide us to find harmony by moving forward with our life.

As a swimmer myself I feel your pain. So, I'm putting "butterfly" here as well because sometimes things such as "butterfly stroke" have esoteric meanings as well as literal. This is also from animaltotem.com: Butterfly enters our life as a messenger for change. If it comes to us hurt or ill, Butterfly asks us to stop keeping our joy at bay. It may take some time being alone with ourselves to listen to Butterfly's gentle requests that we allow the natural transformation of things in our lives.

This information is from the book Animal Speak by Ted Andrews: Penguin: Penguins have wings but they don't fly. However the wings serve a purpose when they are in the water. Penguins are excellent swimmers. (!!!) They have the ability to leap from the water and land on their feet. Aha!!! Do you see?!! Water is associated with the feminine, birth giving energies. So, you see, when you lost the ability to swim competitively, you still retained the ability, whether you knew it or not, to land on your feet. You did not lose the ability to create your life any way you choose to do so. The penguin totem also represents the ability to have out of body experiences and it also represents the ability to have very lucid dreams.

I think you will be able to see now how totems speak to us and how everything speaks to us in some way. Fascinating really. We can also begin to see how everything happens for a reason. Something that appears to be negative may not be. Things are never what they seem because we are living in the illusion. When we get to the deeper meaning of everything and as I said before, "reduce everything to the bigger picture," we get to the deeper meaning of our lives.

Just in case you didn't know, I am Ann Churchman and we have corresponded several times.  I am so glad you shared your knowledge of totems because it helps me put some things from my past into perspective.  Takes away some of the hurt and anger I experienced when I decided to give up swimming as a competitive sport.  This was a very tough decision for me but felt I could never achieve or perform as I had in the past.  I applaud you and Tamara for providing this forum for us.  I have learned so much about life, living and loving in the short time since I joined.

Hi Ann!! Yes, I know who you are and I'm glad this helped you!! Really, here on earth everything is about perspective. It's like being in the "fun" house at the carnival. LOL!!! And you are very welcome for the forum. I am very happy that you have derived forward moving benefit.

The goal of what I set out to do with the site, and my life's purpose was and is, to build the toolbox of spiritual tools that I have built here. It is always joyful to be accomplishing one's life purpose!  I've been working on it a long time, and as you know all of the tools work together as integrative, multi-dimensional healing tools. Spirit has asked me to build these things in order that we would reach a larger group of people than the way I was doing my work before, which was on the phone. I never advertised in all my years as spiritual counselor. The people who were meant to come were sent. However, I was limited in scope similar to the way a doctor is limited by the amount of patients he/she can see in a day.

I consider this website to be my ministry. This is what Spirit asked me to build. It is meant to be a place where people can come to find real guidance and real tools that will empower them and help them move forward on the path, rather than enable them. It's what I've always done, but now can do in a larger way, thanks to Tamara and Peter bringing my website out into the light, from the previous jumbled up site where no one could tell what was really there, including me! LOL!

And my goal with this ministry is to treat everyone as an important individual and as a human being that is worth being heard and helped and guided. I never want to have layers and layers of protective people around me, or be as some full of myself person that needs protecting from real people. I always want to be accessible and real. And Tamara has built us a beautiful forum that helps serve this purpose.

It is my goal that anyone that comes here seeking guidance is going to find something that really helps them, whether that be here in the forum, or in live chat private reading with the gracious, gifted, and very angelic Tamara, or with any or all of the products I've built, co-created, and made into the comprehensive spiritual toolbox.

Very shortly the toolbox will be complete. I have a DVD for Automatic Chakra Balance (TM) that we are working on right now. I'm VERY excited about that! Then there is one more music CD that will vibrate to and open the chakras 8 and above. I am working ont that now and I hope to release it in September or October. Then I'm done with the building. Everything is made to work together and everything will be complete then. And then we shall see what Spirit has in mind. If I'm to return to phone readings, I will. However it shows up is fine with me. We have to be WILLING. That is such an important part of the "journey." If we aren't willing, we are in our own way.

But see, I think the most important thing of all is that the reason I can teach those of you that want to know things, such as how to co-create, integrate, manifest, or so on, is because I've done it myself, not just for a few years, but since ever I can remember.

So, thank you, Ann, for letting me know that I am accomplishing the goals for my life's puropse. It is a completely joyful thing!! I would like for everyone to align with their life purpose and hopefully, everyone will find the tools they need to do that here.
