Returns and General Policy
- There are absolutely no returns on opened decks of cards or CDs.
- Books are non-returnable.
- Shipping and handling are always non-refundable.
- If an item is damaged in shipping or arrives defective we will replace it immediately at no additional cost to you.
- We reserve the right to refuse any order..
- Occasionally, due to circumstances beyond our control, there is a system error in the calculation of shipping costs, especially with orders outside of the United States. If this occurs, you will be notified and offered the opportunity to pay the additional shipping or cancel your order.
