These CDs are for Automatic Chakra Balance,(TM) and along with that, relaxation, guided meditation, healing, and vibrational attunement and integrative healing, which is where all healng is going now.. The cards are scenes from the "Healing Journey" and were hand illustrated and fashioned in 3D with crystals and gemstones by Dyan Garris in 1993 and 1994. For example, from the Ocean card: "The ocean can be moody, but full of life then too; let the healing power that's there now gently enter you." When you put all the verses together, you have the story that is A Healing Journey. They aren't just for divination. They open up your chakras and help you embark on your own healing journey.
