- There are several differences.
1) The focus is not the Law of Attraction. The Law of Attraction is but one step in the process of manifesting.
2) The book has new information. I'm probably taking on the whole of the East here, but I disagree with the 2nd chakra being the "seat of creation." A plant is fed by its root and that's where creation begins. If "chakra experts" view the 2nd chakra as the seat of creation because perhaps the womb is located there, then where exactly does a man create from with his "empty" 2nd chakra? The power of creation is in the root chakra, We are intrinsically designed for co-creation. That is we cannot create a child by ourselves.
It takes two.
3) Parts of the book are fictionalized. There is a story wrapped around information. This is designed for automatic energy shift. Reading the book, the left brain, which processes information in one way, connects with the right brain, which process things in whole different way. This effects a shift in the energy field. Automatically. It's integration and integration is necessary to manifesting. A person should be able to close the book and feel the shift. What they do with it from there depends on their ability to hold the new "pattern."
The one thing that really gets in the way of manifesting is fear. That, and the belief in limitation. The promises of other books are based on the theory that we create and manifest with only the power of our minds. This is not so. People have interpreted the Law of Attraction as a tool to getting what they want. This is manifesting from ego, rather than co-creating. It's a child asking Santa to bring them what they desire. We can certainly ATTRACT things this way, but this isn't manifesting.
Yes, I compose all of the music and write the meditations and perform the music and meditations. Simplified, they are designed to open and balance the chakras. When the chakras are open and balanced a person can release things that are in their way. Music is processed not with the mind, but with the "feeling" part of self. This is where many people are blocked. In other words, some people can free their minds up long enough to attract something with the Law of Attraction, but they're "open-minded" and so it works to some degree. However, if they didn't address whatever is blocking the root or the heart, for example, they won't be able to manifest. Also, most people look at meditation as effort. So, I designed the music to shift the energy field automatically, just as in the book. Some people don't want to meditate, but everyone can listen to music without effort. I think too, that it's important to note that these are not subliminal, but rather, vibrational. It's like tuning a piano. We're just tuning the chakras up to frequencies that allow for opening, shifting, and releasing what's stuck.
Patterns and belief systems give a structure and foundation. Of course, without them we would have chaos. However, where they hinder growth is wherever they are fear based. Fear and Love cannot exist in the same place. Nothing gets created from fear. The power is in the love.
The beautiful angel prints on the site are by artist Tammy Peterson. They're awesome. I try to find things for my online store that are unique and different, and things that affect people on a vibrational level in some way. I feel that these do so.
I did all the artwork for Voice of the Angels Spiritual Cards, yes. I drew and developed them in 1993 and 1994 before there were any sort of angel cards with channeled messages on the market. Every card is a scene from the guided meditation "A Healing Journey." So, it's integrative healing. There's a journal too. I originally did the seven doors and some of the other cards in 3D with crystals and other elements. Being hand illustrated, they have more of an "aliveness" than computer generated cards. They feel alive in your hands. And they're uncannily accurate. I spent a year developing the twelve "Spans." I offer four free card readings on the site. The messages are in quatrain verse and those were channeled to me. When you hold them in your hands you know exactly what I mean. They "speak." :
For my CD covers, Spirit shows me or tells me the concept and I tell it to the graphic artist and she translates it. She's fabulous.
It influences every single thing I do. Everything I do is a co-creation. I can't do anything by myself. I just follow the directions. Way back in 1993 I put as authors on the angel deck "A Co-creation by Dyan Garris and the Angels." We're going to be hearing a whole lot more about co-creating soon as people start really understanding manifesting.
What great fun that was to put together! It's got 60 color photos that I took myself. And then we had two big parties too. My husband kept asking me if he was going to have photographed food again for dinner! LOL! I love to cook and entertain. It brings me joy. As a prelude to "Money and Manifesting" I wanted to set a foundation for integrating energy. Food is very "root chakra" and it's a way of transforming energy without really realizing it. You're taking raw ingredients and making them into something else. See? Integrating is very easy. When you're cooking, you also have opportunity to open up all of your chakras. As another layer of integrating and also as a prelude to "Money and Manifesting," I added 12 channeled messages in the book. They're food related, like "The Sweetness of Life" and "The Measure of Success." It was a way to engage the energy of the left and right brain - a prelude to manifesting. There are also several "Intuitively Speaking" paragraphs which encourage using your own intuition to make the recipe your own way.
I meditate every day. It's connection. I swim every day. That's also connection and you just let the thinking part of your brain go. I get a lot of "information" when I'm swimming. For me, it's like physical activity triggers the creative process.
My goal is to help people move forward on the path. That's it. It's what I've always done, now maybe on a larger scale and in a different way than just psychic readings. I began to find that very limiting, so I retired from that to focus on the work at hand. Spirit and I have now built a "toolbox" of spiritual tools where someone can come in and pick up whatever it is they resonate to and it will help them. I get very tired of the hype and the slick marketing programs and things that don't work and everything being about money. I'm just very down to earth, straightforward, and just want to help.
Two more things go in the toolbox. One is a DVD for Automatic Chakra Balance.™ and the other is one final CD vibrating to the chakras that no one ever addresses. Those are the chakras above the 7th. Then I'm done!
That's really a challenging question because everything works together and everything was built upon the thing prior to it. I like to live in the moment, you know? So everything was a favorite when I was working on it and everything has complete Love in it.. But, I'm very fond of Release CD. It's very soothing and some magical things happened along the way with that, like the dragonflies showing up for the song "Dragonfly." But, actually, magical things happened all the way with everything. For example, I didn't know the ending of the fictional story in "Money and Manifesting." And when it came together at the end, I laughed out loud! It was amazing. And in the very beginning when I wrote "A Healing Journey" meditation years ago, the woman that I partnered with to do the original in 1994 showed up in the mirror of someone else's meditation the very first time I "guided" someone on it. Neither of us knew her or why she was standing in the mirror waving and saying her name. It was astonishing. It's been a really amazing journey in every way.
Yes! I have so much advice. But the main thing really is to get out of your illusions and perceptions and get out of your own way and start living your true purpose. There isn't any reason at all to be miserable. Be happy. Life is such a gift!
